No Change-of-Mind Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective Items
If your product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. You must provide your order number, clear photos of the defect from multiple angles, and a written description of the issue. Claims without supporting evidence will not be processed. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement of the affected item only — refunds are not offered.
Wrong Item Sent
If we send you an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of what you received. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost — this is our error and we will make it right promptly.
Custom Orders
All custom-designed wheel covers are made to order and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except where the item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect. Please review your design proof carefully before approving production — once approved, no changes can be made.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, photograph the packaging and the product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Important Note
Surface scratches, minor scuffs from road debris or installation, and cosmetic marks that do not affect the function or fit of the product do not qualify for a return or replacement. This policy exists to protect both parties and ensure fair use of our warranty and returns process.
