3-Month Manufacturing Warranty
All NOVADISCS products come with a 3-month warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, prolonged usage might deem impossible to detect manufacturing defects thus we provide a reasonable time frame to file/question warranty claims.
What Is Covered
Structural cracking or breakage under normal road conditions (not caused by impact or accident), complete failure of the centre-lock mechanism preventing installation, and severe delamination or peeling of printed surfaces not caused by chemical exposure or abrasion.
What Is Not Covered
Surface scratches, scuffs, or minor marks from road debris, kerbs, or everyday use. Damage caused by improper installation, overtightening, car wash brushes, chemical cleaners, or pressure washing. Colour fading from prolonged UV exposure or harsh cleaning products. Any damage from accidents, collisions, or misuse. Issues arising from using the product on incompatible rim sizes. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the function or fit of the product.
How to Make a Claim
To be considered for a warranty claim, you must email [email protected] within the 6-month warranty period with: your order number, clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles, and a written description of the issue and how it occurred. Claims submitted without supporting photos will not be processed.
Assessment & Resolution
All claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days. We reserve the right to assess whether the reported issue constitutes a manufacturing defect. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion by replacement of the affected product. Refunds are not offered under the warranty — strictly replacements only.
